Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Introduction
The Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“the Act”) came into effect on 29 October 2015 and requires businesses in the UK with an annual turnover of £36 million or more to disclose the steps they have taken to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their supply chain and organisation.
Although Amaly Cares Limited does not have a current turnover of £36 million and does not meet the definition under section 54 of the Act, we provide this statement as best practice. It is included within our service user guide, Training & Development procedure, and Safeguarding Training, detailing how to prevent modern slavery and servitude.

Management provides an online training course within two weeks of commencement of employee contracts.
